Private Rental 101
Looking to plan a special event? Look no further than YOUR Eagle Theater—the perfect venue for private screenings, birthday parties, and business presentations.
Choose from many popular favorites, classics, and even select new releases OR connect an HDMI device such as a laptop or gaming system.
Our private rental options are priced for feature-length blocks of time (120 minutes). We extend 20% off all alcohol-free concessions items purchased during private events hosted by educational and nonprofit organizations.

HERE'S HOW TO RESERVE YOUR PRIVATE RENTAL NOW:
Step 1: Complete the short form below. Then click the I'M READY TO RESERVE! button to proceed. (If you want to, browse available date and time options below before completing Step 1.)Step 2: Use the reservation tool below to find and select your preferred date and time option. (You may filter by date. If you'd like to browse available date and time options before completing Step 1, you may.)Step 3: Complete the purchase to reserve your private rental.Step 4: You'll receive an automated confirmation email immediately once you have paid. General Manager, Paige Stoltz, will reach out within 48 hours to confirm your movie choice and other details.

If your movie choice is unavailable for booking, you may opt for a full refund.

Once we receive your form submission, General Manager, Paige, will reach out to you via the email address you list to verify the details and provide instructions for how to pay the $75 booking deposit to reserve your private showing.

How much does a private showing/birthday party cost?
Your final price is determined by three parts:
A. We charge a $50 auditorium rental fee for the use of our facilities. Best part, we clean up!
B. Kid Admission (ages 3-12): We bundle a Kid's Combo (popcorn, drink, and fruit snack) + admission into one price.
Option 1: Bring Your Own DVD $90 flat for up to 10 kids, plus $9 for each additional kid.
Option 2: Current Movie $142.50 flat for up to 10 kids, plus $14.25 for each additional kid.
C. Adult Admission (ages 13+): $8.50 per adult admission. The Concessions Stand and Coffee & Smoothie Bar will be open for adult guests to purchase any refreshments they would like. OR $20.00 per adult for admission, small fountain drink, and small popcorn.

After we receive your submission, Paige will contact you to confirm the details and answer any questions you may have. Then we'll send you instructions for how to pay the $75 deposit online. We look forward to hosting your party!
When can our showing take place?
Our standard days for birthday parties are Saturday and Sunday mornings. During school breaks, we can expand available mornings to different days. Private events must be booked by the Sunday before the date of the event.

May we decorate for our birthday party/private event?
Yes! You may decorate designated party areas with decorations of your choice. Please specify on your birthday party request form "Other questions or comments?" field if you do intend to decorate. This will allow us to make proper accommodations.
What if I have more questions about my private event?
We strongly encourage those seeking private events to utilize our Birthday Party Request Form as it provides pricing information, common day and time availability, and a field to ask Paige questions regarding your specific event all in one place. Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to review form submissions.
